Habe den Laden zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und bin begeistert. Wahnsinnige schnelle und tolle Arbeit! Freundliches Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

First of all she made me wait 30 minutes, I had the appointmet at 17:30 but until 18h she didnt pay me attention. Once we started with the treatment (wimpernwelle) she was on rush, didn't pay much attention, at some point she dropped something on my head (which I assume was her pone) and seconds after she put the phone on speaker next to my ear. All this wasent the worst... once the treatment was "done", my eyes were burning, she handed me a cotton so I could clean my eyes, and left the room. I waited few minutes, expecting her to come back and checknif everything was ok, and if what she did worked as it was supposed, but realised she wasent comming back, so I went to the main room, she didn't pay much attention to me, so I coulden't do mucj more than leave. Day after (because theybusually day same day you can't teally se the efect, but next day it looks better) I realised the treatment supposed to be a "lash-curving" (wimpernwelle) just worked on one eye, meaning lashes on one eye are curved, on the other nothing. Day after tried to contact the saloon, wrote also an email, they wouldent answer, so the 3rt day went back there and asked her for a solution, she said she can't do much, I should book antoher appointment. All this while she was with another client, and never really took the time to speak and check what she did 2 days before. NEVER AGAIN!

Nie wieder!!! Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, welche die ganze Zeit hin und her gelaufen um neue Gäste( ohne Termin) zu bedienen. Nägel sind nach 10 Minuten fertig. Maniküre ist nicht gemacht, einfach gel drauf. So könnte ich zuhause selber machen🤦🏻♀️ Das kann ich sicher nicht weiterempfehlen !!!
