Der Nagellack ist am selben Tag fast an allen Fingern abgegangen obwohl ich nicht viel gemacht habe. Ich habe kein top cost bekommen und der Nagellack war nicht gut.

There was a big scene while I was there. The saloon handled a difficult situation with a customer very poorly. They both ended up screaming. They demanded the customer to leave by shouting at her. Terrible and unacceptable customer service and crisis management. It doesn't even matter who was right or wrong because they didn't even check the customer information/booking before she left. The cleaning and nail design were not so good either. I'm not coming back.
