I've been getting my nails done for years and I have never seen anything like this!!! So little courtesy. The lady kept speaking to me in some language I couldn't identify while I was telling her I didn't understand (it wasn't German). And the work was very badly done, rushed and painful, despite how simple the task was (just removing semi permanent polish). Never again.
