Jay is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome at the hairdresser. I wanted to go a beige blonde and have somewhat achieved that after toning. It took a bit of trying so I would suggest not leaving until you are happier with what you have. I will also continue using my hair for a while to see if the lines 'soften' like he said.
