I had to wait for 30 min (with an appointment). Barely any manicuring done not even filed properly and each hand is different. Bad quality of Gel polish and nails are looking terrible after 3 days already. Customer service is rude, inconsiderate for someone’s time and would rather smoke outside instead of pleasing customers.
