I’ve been here several times and always liked the service and atmosphere. This time, I booked a refill, but a new modelage was needed — no problem. The issue was being charged €120 instead of the usual €100 for the natural look. It felt like the receptionist thought I wouldn’t notice, even though it was my third time. Great work, but honesty matters.
