he has been too self-confident about his hair cutting skills and disappointed me by destroying my hair structure and volume. on top of that I clearly felt non-verbal bodyshaming when paying the bill at their counter, followed by an ignorant, derogatory goodbye. I guess it is needless to say for some customers: the owner himself has always been the opposite: very kind, warmhearted, professional and most importantly respectful.
