I was a regular customer at this place for over 10 years, Tatsuji knew my family and we talked privately. Unfortunately, due to Ryu's disastrous service in April and no apology from the salon, they have lost me as a customer: not only did Ryu completely refuse to cut my hair because I was 20 mins late (no refund of my money), but he was also incredibly rude (!) and unfriendly to me, made no (!) attempt whatsoever to accommodate me as a customer -and ate his bread in front of me. Just irritating
