The nails were well done, but the language barrier (me not speaking German) made communication difficult, resulting in nails I don't like (mainly the color compared to what I really wanted). I also selected a different service on Treatwell than what I received. Being new to such treatments, it was a bit hard for me to understand all the differences. It would have been helpful to be reminded beforehand if the price differed from what I paid. If I had known, I would have chosen a different style.
