I had some cuts on my first appointment in this place but I decided to give them a second chance. I went in and asked them to not cut the skins, I said I bled last time, and I asked for them to be careful. I don’t think this was understood, even though this should go without saying. Then I got cut during the pedicure and was bleeding and the specialist just kept going with the treatment, no disinfection. I was very uncomfortable and won’t be coming back.
