Being 4 weeks postpartum, I went to Chardia to "fix" not only my back and chest from massive pain, but also to process some of the tension I accumulated during birthing. She did an amazing job massaging out so many knots and tensions I had in my entire body. She used many different techniques - a mix of deep tissue massage and osteopathy. I felt like a new person. I look forward to my next appointments and I cannot recommend her enough!
