After having booked & paid in full the latest appointment for my son almost 3 weeks in advance, I received a call on the day of appointment barely 3 hours before, informing I would need to bring 2 Euro extra. Alternatively, I could have cancelled my booking with 10 Euro fee for "short-term cancellation", even though this was not my fault that the salon withheld the information about price difference. In the end, my 8-y.o. son had to go in unaccompanied and was returned in soaked wet t-shirt :(
