I am a regular customer of this salon but it was my first time with Anna. She was kind and positive. However I cannot say the same thing for the treatment. I had gel lack with french design. It took about 1hr 40mins. Base color was not good but after correcting one hand, I had no time for second hand. I had 3 cuts on my cuticals and finger due to bad application of nail file. And they happend one after another, althought I warned her nice and calmly each time. She needs more experience.
