Es war in Ordnung. Leider kannte die Behandlerin sich nicht umfangreich mit Akne aus. Hier wären Weiterbildungen von Vorteil.

I’ve been a customer since 2024 and was satisfied until my last visit. On Saturday, I had a laser treatment for my lower legs for the first time. I hadn’t shaved. The therapist said I should do it next time, that day she handle it, but she shaved very roughly and I ended up with several wounds. Some areas were even bleeding, yet she continued. What disappointed me most was her reaction—she said it was “normal” and didn’t apologize. I expected more care and professionalism.
