Ich bin mit der 1. Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Die Dame hat sehr gründlich und professionell gearbeitet. Ich kann jetzt schon die ersten Ergebnisse sehen. Der Salon selbst ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

The lady that took care if me was very nice. It was my first time doing IPL - so I was nervous - but she was very nice and explained everything.

Es war super sauber wie immer, ich super sehr herzlich empfangen. Am Anfang findet eine Beratung statt und die Haut wird analysiert. Die Behandlung war angenehm und ch wurde über alle Schritte und Produkte gut informiert

I have had 5 sessions and see no difference. I pointed this out again at my last visit and simply got the answer "I don't understand why it's not working". This is annoying because last time I complained I was treated in a very aggressive manner whenever she moved my leg. I explained that I no longer wanted to continue with the treatment as I was simply not seen the effects promised. I was told to send an email to the manager. No support. No apology.
