I waited 2 months to write a decent review. I went there to get a Strähnen but they did Balayage. I had brown hair and wanted just a little lighter and I thought I explained pretty well. Then they did a really ugly tone of blonde and got the price of balayage. Now I have to wait with this really bad tone of color 1-2 months more so that my hair won't go even worse. And the quality of my hair is really bad now. I am really disappointed.
