First time at this waxing studio. Was a bit nervous and called ahead of my appointment to ask if there was anything I could do to prepare and she had some tipps for me and assured me it wouldn't be too bad. During our appointment she was very friendly and started a conversation naturally, which helped with my nerves and made me forget (most) of the pain :) Will definitely be coming back every month! 10/10
