The lash treatment took almost 2 hours, which felt far too long for the service provided. She was very slow throughout the entire appointment. Although she was friendly and polite, the quality of the work was very disappointing. Within just one week, all of my lashes had fallen off, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on the poor quality and lack of lasting results.
