The other day I had my toenails filed, shaped, and painted. Although I booked the appointment via Treatwell with the salon owner unfortunately she wasn't there, however her associate did the appointment instead. There was a mix up (I requested the 14 day nail polish by OPI and got Shellac) but as the owner arrived she said I did not have to pay for the shellac because of the misunderstanding. End result, I am satisfied with my mini pedicure.
