Let's start with the basics! This could be a great salon BUT I have been at least 10 times and every single time they dont write the appointments in the book (even from Treatwell) so you end up with 5 people all with appointments st the same time. And only 3 beauticians. So your treatment always starts late and the beauticians are running from one customer to the other. So unprofessional. The beautician you choose on Treatwell is invariably never there which is also super-annoying.
