I had a great pedicure here previously, so I booked again for a manicure. It was a bit of a disaster. I waited 30 mins with no explanation until I asked and the nail technician just said her colleague was off sick. The acrylic was hastily applied and dried very unevenly. When she added the top coat, my nails were full of bubbles and the cuticles and edges are not neat. When she was done, she was on her phone immediately and didn't say goodbye or anything until I was halfway out the door.
