Gonul ist sehr lieb und freundlich, hat alles vor der Behandlung erklärt. Ich habe mich während der Behandlung ganz wohl gefühlt.

It was the first time when i went to Lamedin beauty lounge but not the first when i did hydraFacial. I think the girls there were super nice, helpful and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly. I felt welcome! However, the treatment was a bit disappointing...It was less than 1h, maybe 45’, time in which my face was cleaned with what i think it was a scrub, then the suction started, followed by an ampoule of vitamins combined with radio frequency and another mask that i don’t know the name of. The disappointment consists in the fact that the pores were not opened thoroughly so there was no deep cleaning of them. There was no steaming. Also, it seems like the treatment does not include extraction of black heads or other spots, so i wouldn’t call it deep cleaning then. I checked later on in the description and it doesn’t say specifically extraction, but i would assume that “deep pore cleaning” includes it also.
Overall, i could say i went there to light clean and hydrate my face and to get a light massage.
Not sure if i will go back because i have mixed feelings: really nice personnel but deceiving treatment.
