They were completely full and worked fast but I feel like the manicure was just to cut my nails and way to much of my cuticle, now is painful.... I got my nails with gel and has a very weird finish.

I did a treatwell booking app for Saturday at 12- and when i reached to the place, it was COMPLETELY FULL and they even didn't check which was my treatment.
I tried to explain them that I booked an appointment for removing shelack in Treatwell and the cost in the website was 5€ but they didnt listen to me neither understood neither looked into my phone screen
When the guy asked me to pay he requested 13€ written in a paper and I asked why and he was not speaking any single English word
