I showed the person a picture of what I wanted and they immediately said it they couldn't do it, which was totally fine, but the way they responded to me was super unfriendly, like they were angry that I would have a special request. They also didn't do the nail form I requested even after showing a picture multiple times and them saying they understood. Overall they don't really know how to communicate well with their customers and everything is super rushed.
