The Beautician (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was brilliant. Although I don't speak much German, we were able to communciate easily as she was very friendly and patient. I had two treatment and have only good things to say about both.
Brow threading - I asked for thick, natural, fluffy and gave a little direction to ensure she understood. The result was perfect, the best I've had in Berlin (visited 5 other salons).
Laser treatment on face - She explained the machine quality and treatment to me before commencing and ensured I was comfortable throughout.
