Unfortunately, I was treated by a different person (not Ilksen, as scheduled) who was very kind but struggled to get things in place at first and ended up leaving some lashes out. Some of my lashes weren't lifted, and also, the amount of lift differs between my eyes. When I mentioned this, she said it would be fine the next day, but of course, it wasn't. I emailed and called the studio to ask for a correction but haven't heard back in more than 2 days. :(

Ich gehe schon seit Jahren zu lady derma und gehe IMMER sehr zufrieden nachhause. Ilksen berät mich für jeden Anlass sehr gut. Ich kann das Studio sehr empfehlen und bin froh, dass sie die Corona Zeit überstanden haben. Danke für die immer sehr gute Betreuung!

Obwohl mein Termin sehr spät war und eine Kundin vor mir war konnten wir pünktlich ohne warten anfangen. Gizem war extrem freundlich und angenehm und hat bei mir ein extrem gutes Augenbrauenlifitng mit Farbe durchgeführt. Nicht wundern, das Endergebnis sieht man erst nach 2 Tagen, direkt nach der Behandlung wirkt ein Lifting mit Farbe immer etwas krass.
