At the beginning I asked for two things for my haircut: reduce volume and trim the damaged ends, and Aslan agreed to both. But at the end she only cut the damaged ends, but she didn’t do anything to reduce the volume. And when I asked about it, she only mentioned that I have a lot of hair and that was not possible. Something that would be reasonable if at the beginning she told me so, instead of wait until advanced on my haircut and then change just change her mind. I felt totally scammed
