I think there has been a team change in the salon. I was previously very happy with Ina, but my last experience with new team was disappointing. My nails were filed down too much, and instead of a gel layer, a rushed and uneven polish was applied. The result looks messy, and even the nail lengths are uneven. Also, although I booked the same type of appointment as before where a gel layer was applied to my nails this time they just applied regular polish in a rushed and careless way.
