Very snippy and harsh, she was very agrressive in her behaviour. It looked like she was like getting her anger out of my nails. I kept telling her to cut my nail and she ignored it, just used the nail shaper. My nail was broken and she ignored that too. She didn‘t get all the cuticles out. It was too obvious she was rushing it and wanted to finish the job as fast as possible. At the end she didnt use the oil, pointed out the hand cream to me so that I can cream my own hand. It was very bad
