This was my first facial where the aesthetician started off by asking why I sought the facial, and what my skin goals were. This attention to detail was impressive and showed her professionalism. My skin felt amazing after the facial and I wish I was in Köln more often to continue getting her services. The only thing that would make this better is post facial icing/cool towel to help with swelling after extractions. Wonderful facial.
