I booked an appointment but I had to wait 30 min for the “chef” the only one who was able to take care of me. She seemed very nice and outgoing but never apologised. The pedicure went well, professional, so I was about to forget the bad beginning. Then waxing, another girl took care of me, hurt me a lot, not very soft and nice. she had to again call the chef to take over. It hurt again a lot and I had some comments about my hair, it was their fault. I never felt so hurt during a wax.bill:66€cash
