1. There's just one lady looking after the salon. It took round about 2 hours for full legs, full arms waxing. 2. The wax holder wasn't functioning well as it wasn't gliding easily, taking more time and hurting the skin. The lady tried to work through it though. 3. Still a lot of hair strands (>2mm) remained, but the wax used was unable to pull it off. Also, With the hand gloves sticking to the wax and the body part, the overall experience became a little unpleasant
