I have been receiving sessions from Sabeth for over two years now, and I find myself genuinely struggling to capture in a short review what this work has meant to me. Sabeth has helped me do something I did not know was possible: not just to feel more at home in my body, but to understand who I actually am and what I value, and then to live that, day to day. That might sound abstract, but in practice it has changed the way I show up for myself and for the people around me. I am more present. I am more grounded in what matters to me. I carry less that does not belong to me. What makes Sabeth exceptional is the quality of attention she brings to each session. There is a kind of steadiness and warmth in how she works that makes it possible to go to places that might otherwise feel too difficult or too uncertain. She has a rare ability to hold space without directing, to support without pushing, and somehow, in that space, real things shift. If you are looking for something more than stress relief, if you want to genuinely understand yourself better and start living in a way that actually reflects who you are, I can think of no better place to start than a session with Sabeth. I am a better version of myself for having done this work with her, and I am deeply grateful.

Ich mag die Sitzungen mit Sabeth sehr. Ich mag ihr feines Gespür für Themen, in Worten und Berührungen. Ihre Fragen und Anregungen, ihre sanften Hände, die manchmal ganz schön viel (aus)lösen. Ich gehe immer irgendwie anders, positiv anders, aus der Sitzung mit ihr. Danke, Du Liebe!

Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und die beheizte Liege war besonders entspannend. Insgesamt war alles rundum toll - ich komme gerne wieder. :-)
