I specifically asked to leave the side part of my hair long, and Ha cut that short.
Also, certain portion of hairline was trimmed to skin where I never had trimmed before.
For someone who was cutting my hair for the first time, I felt Ha failed to understand my needs and what I wanted instead ended up doing what Ha thought was best - extremely disappointed.
The boss stepped in to save the cut but damage was done - if the hair is trimmed too short that desired, there isn’t much to do
