The salon is inconsistent: sometimes it's great - sometimes it's not. I have naturally long nails, so I don't use tips. I asked for a thin layer of gel refill. When she started layering THICK gel layer, I reminded her that I don't like it thick. She said 'yeah yeah' and left it. I had to ask her twice to make them thinner. She then went in and completely filed down my natural nails underneath - now I look like I have slabs on concrete on my top nails. Will have to re-do elsewhere.
