Bin super zufrieden aber wenn ich schon über 80€ vorab bezahle und mir Vorort gesagt wird das die Anzahlung via Treatwell nicht reicht ist das ja okay ABER nicht bei über 100€ Nachzahlung - schön erstmal die Kunden reinlocken mit einem guten Angebot aber das fand ich dann schon etwas frech

Very disappointing experience. I booked an Olaplex treatment, but was immediately pressured to pay an extra €20 for another step. When I asked to switch to that option instead (same price), I was told it wasn't possible, which felt like an upselling tactic. I was then charged €35 just to dry my hair, the stylist was rough and used excessive heat, and they only accepted cash/PayPal, keeping my ID until I returned with cash. Unprofessional and misleading.

Ich war bei Tine, nicht Anna. Tine war super! Ganz tolle Friseurin, hat mir meine welligen/lockigen Haare sehr schön gestuft und mir noch richtig viele Tipps zur Lockenpflege und Produkten gegeben. Sie ist auch von der Persönlichkeit eine richtig tolle Frau und man merkt das sie ne großartige Mutter ist. Es war wirklich schön mit ihr zu reden. Ich komme definitiv wieder :)
