Truly unprofessional. The haircut I asked for was completely ignored, despite a photo and description. The cut I received ruined one and a half years of work, growing it long enough for the cut I wanted, and it’s a amateur cut which was definitely overpriced. Furthermore, I reached out twice thereafter, expressing my disappointment with not so much as a response, never mind a solution. The reviews on the website seem very misleading, especially when compared to those on Google.

Strähnenansatz direkt an der Stirn und Scheitel schlecht gemacht und stark sichtbar. Länge nach dem Schnitt links und rechts unterschiedlich lang.

Ich hab genau das bekommen was ich mir gewünscht habe. Es wurde super ordentlich gearbeitet und ich bin sehr happy rausgegangen. Es ist kein LuxusFriseur mit super krasser Ausstattung aber ich hab genau das Ergebnis bekommen welches ich mir vorgestellt habe und das ist was zählt.
