I had to wait for quite a while although I had an appointment booked. The cut and the experience themselves were really good and the hairdresser was lovely and efficient.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, the guy just cut my hair uneven. I have a standard hair cut. I requested to make them faded on the side and longer on top, he cut with the machine using one size all the hair on the side and on the top he gave literally 10 irregularly cuts with scissors leaving my haircut uneven, ugly. My sideburns where one longer and one shorter. A mess. Additionally in the package I bought there should have been included a wash, that never happened.
