The people at the salon were very racist. If you don't speak German, you will not be helped and taunted.
Service being the most important factor was extremely mediocre. The lady who served me was trying but was not good at her job. I went for a root color and the color was all over my forehead and nape of the neck. When I asked the senior hair dressers to help the lady out, i was asked to either speak in German or not talk at all.
While coloring my roots, no consideration was given to balayage
