I made an appointment on Treatwell. I arrived on time and then sat around waiting for about 15 minutes, which seems silly to have to do that if there is an appointment. The man who did my hair was very nice and super friendly, but unfortunately, I don't think he had a lot of experience cutting Asian hair, or maybe hair at all. My hair is now WAY too short and it is lopsided--the hair on the left is much longer :( I'm not even sure how to fix this, but I won't be back.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Beratung war unzureichend und auf meine Wünsche wurde kaum eingegangen. Besonders ärgerlich: Für das Föhnen wurden zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt, obwohl es eigentlich im gebuchten Paket enthalten sein sollte. Insgesamt wirkt das Ganze eher wie Abzocke.

Ich wohne eigentlich in Hamburg und wollte nur meine Haare einmal wieder in Form bringen lassen und perfekt dafür beraten. Auch bezüglich Pflege usw. Wurde mir super weitergeholfen und die Kollegen vor Ort sind alle super freundlich man kann mit denen über alles sprechen. Ich würde immer wieder hingehen wenn ich in Berlin bin

I got hair botox done, unfortunately it did not work at all. I still have all the frizz. And hair texture is same. They kept changing the stylist.
