leider hatte ich keine gute erfahrung! meine nägel haben sich nach der behandlung entzündet (schmerzhaft!) es wurde nicht ordentlich und hygienisch gearbeitet!! noch dazu ist der nagellack sehr alt, splittert sofort ab und ich musste alles nochmal neu machen! kann das studio leider wirklich nicht empfehlen, sehr schade!
I went to them for 5 times till now. Firstly , on my fourth visit they drilled into my skin and I was hurt and bleeding! But I understand professional hazards so I still went there the next time ! To be honest, they are near my house and there work was good as well! So I was eager to give them the chance ! Secondly, none of them understand slightest bit of English! Last weekend - I booked an appointment but was not able to visit them! There was a family emergency at my end ! When they called, I tried explaining that I will take another appointment in upcoming week and we should cancel this appointment! I don’t know what they understood but now I cannot book an appointment with them! Seems like I am blacklisted ! I am not just disappointed but I am hurt ! You expect people to behave with empathy towards you but you behave so bad ! The 1 star is for the girl who did my nails on first appointment for being so polite and professional!
