Ich bin nicht zufrieden, Ergebnis ist schlecht bis mangelhaft. Meine Wunsch wurde nicht erfüllt. Ich bin mir der Leistung nicht zufrieden, wurde aber auch nicht gefragt. Es war alles sehr schnell. Das Ergebnis ist mangelhaft bis schlecht, so dass ich mir die Nägel die nächsten Tage von einem anderen Studio erneuern lassen werde.

I visited this place several times and was mostly happy with the quality of service. My last appointment however was not good. I asked to remove the gel polish and the master removed Tyne top layers but left the base coat on and quickly covered it with the normal nail polish, so that I would not notice it. When in three days I removed the nail polish, I saw that the gel base coat was still there. I barely managed to remove it partially on my own, my nails look very unhealthy now.
