No sterilisation of instruments, strong chemical smell, chaotic and loud. I had to wait even though I had an appointment.
The pedicure was superficial and the cuticles were not removed. Schellack chipped after 4 days.

Bad customer service, won’t come again.
I was late by less than 10 min. The owner said she already cancelled my booking on treatwell (not true,there was no email from treatwell) and I can receive the the service I booked if I pay again (cash). I said no as I already paid via treatwell, and she started screaming at me in front of other customers and her employees and told me I was wasting her time. I left the salon and 5 min after leaving the salon received a “no show” email.
