A couple of issues:
1) Hygiene- the person doing my nails was not wearing gloves, the place was not fully sanitary, there was a lot of dirt and dust
2) technique - IVY spa wants to do every client as soon as they can- they don’t soak nails but manually remove the old gel. The employee multiple times hurt my fingers - which I told him. He applied the new gel in a way that it hurt under the UV lamp.
