For my last three visits, the service was so disappointing. For the starters, acrylic baby boomer nails was a disaster. The guy made it so thick that looks like I have 3 layers of acrylic nails :D During my last visit, I wanted Shellac, the removal process of acrylic nails was so painful, and the girl could not remove it well. I think most of the experienced employees left and now the employees are pretty apprentice-like. I will find another place.
