The host is friendly and warm, she guides you to the change rooms, shows you have to use the lockers and gives you towels, robe and slippers. She gets you to bring you to the waiting area. The masseuse Lydia was professional, asked important questions, gave good advice about recovering from injury, and was very attentive to my particular concerns and pain. The room was clean, relaxing, had that spa atmosphere and aroma, and massage was thorough and relaxing. Afterwards you can relax with a tea.
