I had been there two times. Both of them with a really pleasant experience with the super friendly personnel.
First time I was really happy with the haircut I got, as I have curly hair and I was trying to let it grow.
The second time didn't go that well. I got a good haircut but definitely not what I was aiming for. These last months letting my curls grow went to trash with the super short haircut I got. It was just a bit frustrating to get such different results at the same place.
