The team was sweet and the atmosphere and service great, also the hair washing part was very pleasant. However, I came here for a simple request: I asked for a maximum of 2cm haircut of the JUST tips. But they cut the front part of my hair almost 8-10cm. Since my hair grows slow, it will take a year to grow back. :/ Clearly the communication should be improved.
