Shoko war super! She speaks English and easily got my instructions without a fuss! She was very careful and gentle with my hair and scalp, I can’t say that for all hairdressers. Others comb your hair very strong that it hurts when they pull, especially if there are any tangles, or they blow dry one area of your head too long that the heat burns your scalp! This is why I always go to Japanese salons. They are a lot more mindful. I highly recommend Iramasure! Will come back for sure!
