First: Hitomi is lovely and very kind. We had a great chat. Thank you for that! But unfortunately you don’t see the balayage treatment at all. The color should be a cool, natural blond. In the end you can’t see any change because it’s a warm brunette- like I already had before, except of the balayage I got half a year ago nothing is blond. Therefore I am very disappointed. The price was just too high for actual no result or any change. One good thing: The hair cut looks very good.
